1. Preheat the grill.
2. Butterfly the chicken breast to desired thickness.
3. Place the chicken breast over a cellophane, stuff ham slice followed by pepper jack cheese.
4. Roll the chicken, stick with 2 toothpicks.
5. Lay down the chicken over grill, cook for 10 minutes, rotating the sides.
6. Coat the chicken involtini in Enchilada sauce and grill again for 2 minutes.
7. Serve the Chicken Involtini with your favorite dip.
