Homemade Guacamole

A super easy recipe for making guacamole from scratch. Never buy store made guacamole again!
Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 2 Medium, scooped, mashed
  Lime 1⁄2 Medium, juiced
  Yellow onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Tomato 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch (to taste)
  Pepper 1 Pinch (to taste)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, scoop the avocado and mash it using the back of a fork. Pour lime juice and mix it.
2. Add the onion, tomato and cilantro, Mix well to combine.
3. Put the mayonnaise, garlic, cumin. Stir well to incorporate.
4. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
5. Refrigerate till used.

SERVING
6. In a serving bowl, serve the guacamole with nachos, salads, tacos or fajitas.
