Lime Cilantro Jalapeno Dressing

Delicious salad dressings made fresh, and Charlie Q shows you how. Check them all out to jazz up your salad creations!
Ingredients
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Jalapeno 1 Tablespoon, seeded
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, crush
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a processing jar, combine all the ingredients except olive oil. Blend the ingredients for few minutes.
2. Pour the olive oil in the processing jar slowly.
3. Blend for few more minutes.

SERVING
4. Pour the dressing over a salad of your choice, toss and serve.
