Shredded Chicken

This is a simple Crockpot recipe to make with chicken.
Ingredients
  Chicken breast boneless skinless 3 Medium, boneless skinless
  Rotel tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz), diced (with green chilies)
  Taco seasoning 3 Tablespoon (1 packet)
  Mild salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs) (reduced sodium)
  Tomato 1 Can (10 oz) (for salsa) (Optional)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (for salsa) (Optional)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced (for salsa) (Optional)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, ground (for salsa) (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a crock pot, lay the chicken breasts at the bottom.
2) Add the rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning, salsa and chicken broth.
3) Cover the lid and slow cook on high for 4 to 6 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and shredded.

SERVING
4) Use this shredded chicken to make chili, soups, tacos, nachos, quesadillas or wraps.

TIPS
If you want to make fresh salsa, prepare the same by using 1 can tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped onions, 1/4 cup diced peppers and 1 teaspoon cumin.
