Mango Confetti Salsa

Ingredients
  Mango 1 Large
  Jicama 1 Small
  Orange bell pepper 1 Large
  Red bell pepper 1 Large
  Jalapeno pepper 1 Large, stemmed
  Red onion 1 Small
  Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili lime rub 1 Teaspoon
  Tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. Dice mango, jicama and bell peppers.
2. Combine mango, jicama, bell peppers, jalapeƱo and onion. Coarsely chop in a food processor.
3. Add lime and salt in the mixer and mix again.

SERVING
4. Pour salsa into serving bowl. Sprinkle with rub. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
