Red bell pepper
1 Large, stemmed
Fresh lime juice
Chili lime rub
1 Cup (16 tbs) (Optional)
1. Dice mango, jicama and bell peppers.
2. Combine mango, jicama, bell peppers, jalapeño and onion. Coarsely chop in a food processor.
3. Add lime and salt in the mixer and mix again.
4. Pour salsa into serving bowl. Sprinkle with rub. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
