Mexican Black Bean Rice

Ingredients
  Long grain brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pre-cooked black beans 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

MAKING
1) Place a large saucepan over medium high heat and add the broth.
2) Once the broth has started to boil, add the rice.
3) Let the rice simmer in the broth for 45 minutes. Add the black beans and mix well. Cover and let the rice sit for 5 minutes.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
