Corn and Tomato Salsa

Fresh salsa is quick and easy to make and goes well with chips, burritos, tostadas, quesadillas and tacos.

Ingredients

Tomatoes 2 Large , chopped
Corn 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh/ frozen)
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped finely
Cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped finely
Lemon juice/Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Red pepper flake 1 Pinch

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix them well till all are coated in seasonings and lime juice.

SERVING

2. In a serving bowl, serve the salsa with tortilla chips.

TIPS

1 cup beans can be added to enhance the nutritive value.
