Turkey-Spinach Burrito

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten and seasoned
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Turkey 2
  Tortilla 1
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a sauté pan and cook spinach for a minute.
2) Add egg and cook until done.
3) Warm up the tortilla.
4) Take the sauté pan and heat olive oil and sear the turkey slices.

FINALIZING
5) Place the tortilla on a plate and put spinach-egg mixture and turkey slices over it.
6) Put hot sauce and roll tortilla into a burrito.

SERVING
7) Serve the burrito immediately with tea, coffee or juice.
