|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Celery stalks||4 Large, sliced|
|Catsup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Corn chips||1 Large|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped olives||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Avocado||1 , diced|
|Shredded lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||3 , chopped|
Crumble beef into large skillet; brown over medium heat.
Drain excess fat from beef; add 1/2 cup water, onion, green pepper and celery.
Mix flour with small amount of water, stirring until blended; add to beef mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in catsup.
Add chili powder and salt.
Stir well; simmer until celery is tender.
Spoon onto plates over layer of corn chips.
Sprinkle cheese over top; let cheese melt slightly.
Top with spoonfuls of chopped olives, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes.
