  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Kiwi fruit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Red onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Jalapeno 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. In a large bowl add in the pineapple, kiwis, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice. Mix well with a wooden spatula.

2. Serve the salsa with cinnamon tortilla or can be eaten as salad.

You can place the salsa in refrigerator to blend the flavors.
