Cooking with Awesome: Leggo my Huevos

January's Cooking with Awesome theme is all in support of Jess with her Quitting for a Cause monthly goal.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Tortillas 2
  Salsa 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet over medium low heat, melt the butter.
2. Break in the egg and allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other side, depending on your desired doneness.
3. On the burner with low flame, heat the tortillas, until they are hot.

SERVING
4. Place the hot tortillas on serving plate, put the fried egg and top with salsa.
5. Serve hot.

TIPS
After flipping the egg cook for 1 minute for over easy, cook for 2 minutes for over medium and for 3 minutes for over hard.
