Mexican Rice

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sour cream 200 Milliliter
  Green chili 1 Can (10 oz)
  Monterey jack cheese 10 Ounce
  Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook rice; add sour cream and chilies.
Place in baking dish; cover with layer of cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with layer of rice on top.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 25 minutes; remove from oven.
Top with Cheddar cheese; return to oven for 5 minutes longer.
