White Cornmeal Tortillas
|White cornmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a bowl combine all the ingrdients.
2. In a 7 inch frying pan drop a few drops of oil to grease it.
3. Drop tortilla mixture ( 1 tablespoon) in the pan.
4. Tilt the pan slowly so that a round and thin pancake is formed.
5. Check the bottom section if done. If done, turn it and cook the upper side.
6. Serve tortilla warm.
Tip: Keep tortilla warm and soft by keeping them on a bowl of warm water.
