Mexican Avocado Sauce

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2
  Tomato 1 , peeled, de-seeded and chopped
  Onion/Shallot / spring onion 1 Small, chopped
  Hot green chili 1 , deseeded and chopped (Fresh Or Canned)
  Chopped fresh coriander 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lime juice To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 Peel the avocados.
2 Using a fork, mash them well.
3 Beat in the tomato, onion, chilli and coriander.
4 Add in salt, pepper and lime juice to taste.

SERVING
5 Tastes best when served at room temperature.

TIP
The sauce can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
To avoid discoloration, cover it tightly.
