Lime and Cilantro Salsa
|Finely chopped cilantro||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Limes||2 , juiced|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Sour cream/Sour cream 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cr�me Fraiche)|
1) Arrange the ingredients.
2) In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, sour cream, cilantro, salt and pepper.
3) Lime and cilantro salsa is ready and it can be kept in refrigerator until used.
4) The sauce can be made several days ahead.
5) Serve with grilled meats, tortillas and fajitas.
