Lime and Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients
  Finely chopped cilantro 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Fresh)
  Limes 2 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Sour cream/Sour cream 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cr�me Fraiche)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Arrange the ingredients.

MAKING
2) In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, sour cream, cilantro, salt and pepper.
3) Lime and cilantro salsa is ready and it can be kept in refrigerator until used.
4) The sauce can be made several days ahead.

SERVING
5) Serve with grilled meats, tortillas and fajitas.
