Mexican Cold Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Pound, peeled, de-seeded and chopped (1 Kilogram)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Canned green chili pepper 1 , de-seeded and chopped (Or Fresh)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped finely
  Fresh oregano/Dried oregano- 1 teaspoon 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh coriander/Chopped fresh parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Olive oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons, 15 Milliliter Each)
  Red wine vinegar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons, 15 Milliliter Each)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredeints, until they are well belnded, then season to taste
2. Cover the bowl and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days

SERVING
3. Serve the sauce chilled with fish
