Chipotle Mexican Grill's Guacamole

You can make a large batch of Chipotle Mexican Grill Guacamole just like they do. Fresh ingredients such as red onions, avocados, garlic and more make for a wonderful side dish for your favorite Mexican food.
  Ripe avocados 24
  Red onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), minced
  Jalapenos 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste

Wash avocados. Cut in half and scoop out the meat into a large bowl. Partially mash the avocados. Add onion, jalapenos, garlic and lime juice. Mash together until well blended and fairly creamy in consistency. Salt to taste.
