Mexican Steak Fajita

Ingredients
  Steak 1 3⁄4 Ounce (thin strips, 50g, High quality)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 , strips and de-seeded (Red or green)
  Mushroom 1 , sliced
  Small onion 1 , sliced
  Flour tortilla 1 Medium (Soft)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl place the steak. Add lime juice, oil and garlic.
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

MAKING
3. Remove from marinade. In a large frying pan or hot wok place the steak.
4. Stir fry for 2 minutes till the meat is well cooked. Once cooked, keep it aside.
5. In the pan add vegetables along with the rest of the marinade juices.
6. Stir fry 3 minutes.
7. In the microwave warm the tortilla for 15 seconds.
8. In the pan add the meat once again with vegetables.
9. Stir and season with pepper and salt.
10. Wrap in the warm tortilla.

FINALIZING
11. Serve steak fajita hot.
