Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
  Plum tomato 6
  Jalapeno pepper 1
  Serrano pepper 1
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Garlic cloves 6
  Cilantro 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Lime 3 , juice extracted
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Pre-heat the oven at 400F.
2. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil, and place plum tomatoes, jalapeno and serrano.

MAKING
3. Roast the plum tomatoes, jalapeno pepper and serrano pepper at 400F, until they turn slightly black, flip occasionally.
4. In a food processor, put garlic cloves, cilantro, roasted tomatoes, jalapeno and half of the serrano. Season with salt and pepper and blend to get a smooth texture. Add lime juice and give a quick blend.

SERVING
5. Serve with tortilla or nachos.
