Tangy Mango Salsa Over Halibut

Ingredients
  Mango 1 , finely chopped
  Red pepper 1⁄4 , finely chopped
  Green onion 3 , finely chopped
  Garlic clove 1 , very finely chopped
  Lime 1 , juice extracted
  Lemon 1⁄2 Large, juice extracted
  Jalapeno 1⁄2 , very finely chopped
  Fresh oregano 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Halibut/White fish 12 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl place all ingredients and mix. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.

SERVING
2. In a serving plate, place grilled halibut, some couscous, top the halibut with the prepared salsa.
