Ingredients
  Shelled walnuts 4 Ounce
  Single cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Marjoram sprig 4 , very finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a blender, put walnuts, cream and marjoram and blend at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

SERVING
3. Serve the sauce on freshly cooked ribbon pasta.
