Sweet Pea Guacamole
|Frozen green peas||16 Ounce (1 Package Green Giant / 2 Cups)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Hot pepper sauce||5 Drop|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1) Take a saucepan and cook peas in it according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2) Take a food processor bowl or blender container and combine cooked peas and all other ingredients in it except tomato. Blend to form a smooth paste.
3) Spoon out into a serving dish and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours for blending flavors.
4) Garnish with chopped tomato and serve with fajitas or crackers.
