Pico De Gallo
|Jicama||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and diced|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and slivered|
|Mild onion||1⁄2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced / diced|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Take jicama, green pepper, onion and cucumber in a bowl and mix them.
2) Add olive oil along with vinegar and oregano. Mix them well.
3) Pour the olive oil mixture over the vegetables and mix them.
4) Add salt and pepper.
5) Serve the dish in a serving bowl.
