Mango And Peach Salsa

Ingredients
  Mangoes 2 , peeled, seed removed and diced
  Peach 2 , peeled, seed removed and diced
  Tomatoes 2 , diced and drained
  Scallion 6 , finely chopped
  Finely chopped fresh ginger 4 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh coriander 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Jalapeno pepper/Serrano pepper 2 , seeded and finely chopped
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well.
2. Refrigerate and use as rewuired.

SERVING
3. Serve as an accompaniment with steamed vegetables, fish based main courses or steamed jasmine rice.
