Mango and Peach Salsa

|Mangoes||2 , peeled, seed removed and diced|
|Peach||2 , peeled, seed removed and diced|
|Tomatoes||2 , diced and drained|
|Scallion||6 , finely chopped|
|Finely chopped fresh ginger||4 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped fresh coriander||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Jalapeno pepper/Serrano pepper||2 , seeded and finely chopped|
|Balsamic vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well.
2. Refrigerate and use as rewuired.
3. Serve as an accompaniment with steamed vegetables, fish based main courses or steamed jasmine rice.
