|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tobasco sauce||2 Dash|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced into 1/4 inch pieces|
|Tomato||1 Medium, washed, stemmed, 1/2-inch dices|
1) In a blender, add in the chili powder, tobasco sauce, green pepper and tomato.
2) Blend for a few seconds to get a smooth puree.
3) Transfer the puree to a saucepan. Heat over low flame till all the ingredients are well heated through.
4) Serve the Mexican Rarebit over toast, garnished with parsley and pimientos, if desired.
