|Vegetable oil||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Chili powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oregano leaf||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Chicken stock/Canned broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Mix the oil, flour and garlic in a 1-quart microwave safe casserole dish and microwave at full power for 1 minute, or until hot.
2. Now add the stock, chilli powder, cumin, oregano and salt and microwave at full power for 6 minutes, or until the sauce is thick, stirring it every 2 minutes.
3. Use freshly made or Keep refrigerated and use as per requirement.
