Barry has an attempt at making cornbread.
Ingredients
  Corn on the cob 1 , chopped
  Polenta 100 Gram
  Plain flour 145 Gram
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 150 Milliliter
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 1
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking spray 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 6/ 400 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, mix together polenta, plain flour and baking powder.
3. In another bowl, stir in milk, olive oil, eggs and honey.
4. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in oven for 25 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve cornbread with stew and enjoy!
