1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 6/ 400 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix together polenta, plain flour and baking powder.
3. In another bowl, stir in milk, olive oil, eggs and honey.
4. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in oven for 25 minutes.
