Guacamole

Barry and Phoebe make a very simple guacamole dip
Ingredients
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Red chili 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Lime 1⁄2 , juiced
  Red onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Avocado 3 , pitted and haved
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, add in the coriander, garlic, red chilli, lime juice and red onion. Mash with a potato masher.
2. Scoop out the avocados into the mixture and mash.

SERVING
3. Serve guacamole with crispies and enjoy!
