Tamale Casserole

Ingredients
Beef - 1 pound, ground
Onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Garlic - 1 large clove, minced
Chili Powder - 1 tablespoon
Ground Cumin - 1/8 teaspoon
Canned Tomato Soup - 1, 10 3/4 ounces
Ripe Olives - 1/2 cup. Sliced
Canned Tamale - 1 , 16 ounces
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°F

MAKING
2) Into a skillet, fry the meat with onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin powder till tender
3) Stir in the soup and olives
4) Pour into a shallow baking dish of 10 x 6 2 inches
5) Remove the tamales from their wrapper and arrange on top
6) Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F until hot

SERVING
67 Serve warm
