Slow Cooked Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
Ground Beef- 1 pound, browned in a skillet
Red Kidney Beans- 2 15-ounce cans
Onion- 1 no., chopped
Chili Powder- 2 tablespoons
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Garlic- 1 clove, minced
Tomato Sauce- 1 8-ounce can
Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place together beef, beans, onions, chilli powder, salt, garlic, tomato sauce and vinegar.
2) Simmer and cook for 3 to 5 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve hot over the bed of rice, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
