Rio Grande Salsa With Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Small, peeled, seeded and chopped
  Green pepper 1 Small, seeded and chopped
  Purple onion 1 Small, chopped
  Jalapeno pepper 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Red wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tortilla chips 48 (Plain)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl or a container, combine tomatoes, green pepper, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, chopped cilantro, red wine vinegar, and salt in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended.
2. Cover and chill thoroughly.

SERVING
3. Serve salsa with tortilla chips.
