Corn Meal And Flour Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
  Softened butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Creamed Together With Sugar)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Creamed Together With Butter)
  Eggs 4
  Corn cream can 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Grated monterey jack cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Jiffy cornbread mix 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Box Jiffy Brand)
Directions

Mix all of the above very well and pour into a 9 x 13" baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 40-45 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.

In the written directions the 1 cup flour is left out so make sure and put it in. The one I made after following the directions did not look the same after it was baked so I reviewed the video and found the omission. It still tasted good even with the flour left out.
