Guacamole Salad With Veggies

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, diced
  Sliced red onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into strips
  Yellow bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into strips
  Avocado 2 Ounce, pared and diced (1/4 Medium Fruit)
  Bacon slices 2 , crisp and crumbled
  Chili pepper 2 Tablespoon, seeded and minced (Use Either Mild Or Hot)
  Freshly squeezed lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Torn lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except lettuce. Toss well.

SERVING
2) With torn lettuce, line a serving platter. Top the lettuce with the avocado mixture and serve immediately.
