Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 4 Large (Unpeeled)
  Scallions 4 , finely chopped
  Fresh tomatillos 1 Pound, husked, rinsed, cored and cut into1/4 inch dices
  Coriander 2 Tablespoon, freshly chopped
  Serrano chilies 4 , seeded and finely diced
  Freshly squeezed lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.

MAKING
2) Wrap the garlic cloves in foil.
3) Roast it the oven for about 25 minutes, until soft.
4) Squeeze the garlic pulp off the skins, in a bowl and mash to paste.

SERVING
5) In a medium bowl, add all the remaining ingredients together.
6) Mash all ingredients and add the garlic pulp to it and mix well
7 ) Serve at room temperature.
