|Shredded monterey jack cheese||3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)|
|Finely chopped green onion with tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Jalapeno peppers||1 Small, finely chopped to make 1 teaspoon (Fresh / Pickled Ones)|
|Minced cilantro/4 teaspoons minced parsley plus 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro||4 Teaspoon (Coriander)|
|Chunky salsa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)|
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange 4 tortillas on an ungreased baking sheet. Top each with 3 tablespoons cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoons green onions, 1/4 teaspoon jalapefio pepper and 1 teaspoon cilantro. Cover each one with a second tortilla, pressing down lightly to form a sandwich.
2. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the tortillas are crisp. Cut each Quesadilla into 8 wedges and top each wedge with a spoonful of salsa if you wish.
