Mexican Cocktail Sauce

|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Unsalted)|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Fresh coriander||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped (Cilantro)|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
1) Add all the ingredients together and mix well.
2) Refrigerate and use as desired.
This sauce is good with shellfish, cold fish, eggs and tacos.
