Gangbang Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
  Chickens 24 Pound (Oven Ready)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
  Oil 12 Tablespoon
  Onions 12 Large, chopped
  Garlic 9 Clove (45 gm), crushed
  Sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Peanut butter 6 Tablespoon
  Dry red wine 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Almonds 3 Cup (48 tbs), blanched
  Stuffed olives 3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced
  Chili powder 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Saute in oil 15 minutes until brown on all sides.
Remove and keep hot.
Add onions and garlic to oil remaining in skillet.
Saute until lightly browned.
Add sesame seeds, marjoram, peanut butter and wine.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Put chicken, onion mixture and bouillon in deep casserole.
Add almonds, olives and chili powder.
Cover.
Bake in moderate (3500) oven 40 minutes.
Uncover.
Bake 15 minutes.
Serves 18 to 20.
