Mexican Style Short Ribs
|Beef short ribs||4 Pound|
|Canned beef consomme||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit, brown short ribs; pour off excess fat.
Mix beef consomme with dry taco mix; add green pepper.
In slow-cooking pot, pour sauce over ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
