Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 Medium, finely diced
  Cooked fresh corn/Thawed frozen corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, seeded, finely diced
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Minced hot green chili pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Gently stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl; adjust flavors to taste.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
