  Minced fresh coriander 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, coriander, lime juice, garlic and pepper sauce.
