Mexican Flank Steak
|Steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned diced green chilies||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Beef flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, lightly scored|
In blender or food processor, blend steak sauce, chiles and lime juice until smooth.
Place steak in glass dish; coat with 1/2 cup chile mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade; reserve marinade.
Grill steak over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side or until done, brushing often with reserved marinade.
Thinly slice steak to serve.
