Beefy Bean Burrito Sandwiches

  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned refried beans 8 Ounce (1/2 Of A 16-Ounce Can)
  Chopped canned green chili peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 3 Dash (Few Dashes)
  10 inch flour tortillas 4
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Taco sauce 3 Tablespoon

In a medium skillet cook beef, onion, and garlic till meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat.
Stir in beans, chili peppers, and hot pepper sauce till well combined.
Set aside.
Wrap tortillas in foil; heat in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.
Unwrap tortillas and spoon about 1/2 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese; roll up, leaving ends open.
Seal in heavy-duty foil, label, and freeze.
To serve, bake frozen sandwiches, wrapped in foil, in a 375° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till heated through.
Serve with taco sauce.
Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese and lettuce, if desired.
