Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
  Flour tortillas 4
  Black beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Shredded cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, diced
Directions

1. Place oven rack in lower third of oven and heat oven to 450°F.
2. Place 2 flour tortillas on each of 2 large baking sheets. Cover each with 1/3 cup beans and 1 cup cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Bake until edges of tortillas are browned and cheese is bubbly and golden, about 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beans and cheese.
3. To serve, cut each pizza into quarters. Sprinkle with diced tomato, and dot each quarter with a teaspoonful each of salsa and guacamole. Serve immediately.
