Mexican Cheese Dip
|Cream cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Green onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pickles||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Jalapeno peppers||To Taste|
1. In bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, taco sauce and jalapeno peppers (if using), microwave Cover and at Medium-High (70%) for 2 minutes until hot and bubbly and mix well.
2. Season with more taco sauce if desired and serve warm.
