Ingredients
  Hot chili powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mild chili powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Dried whole oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pork chops 3 Pound, trimmed
  Lean center cut pork chops 3 Pound, trimmed of visible fat
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 325 degrees.

MAKING
2) Except the pork, combine together all the ingredients.
3) In a 12x7 1/2x2-inch baking dish, place the pork chops.
4) Over the chops, pour the chilli mixture.
5) Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes, covered.
6) Uncover the dish and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
7) Allow to cool and then shred the pork.

SERVING
8) Serve warm on a serving platter with plain nonfat yogurt, flour tortillas and lettuce on the side.
