Ingredients
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finely chopped
  Onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finely chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (No. 2 Can)
  Canned red kidney beans 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (No. 2 Can)
Directions

Brown beef in hot fat in 3 quart Saucepan until crumbly.
Add seasonings, onion, celery, green pepper and tomatoes..
Cover and simmer slowly about 1 hour.
Add kidney beans just before serving and heat thoroughly.
