Brazilian Onion Salsa

Ingredients
  Coarsely chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh chili 2 , stemmed and seeded (Or More According To Taste)
  Fresh lemon juice/Lime juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Use Either Or Both Combined)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced / pressed
  Fresh cilantro/Fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or According To Taste)
Directions

Whirl all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
This salsa keeps, refrigerated, for 3 or 4 days.
