Brazilian Onion Salsa

|Coarsely chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh chili||2 , stemmed and seeded (Or More According To Taste)|
|Fresh lemon juice/Lime juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Use Either Or Both Combined)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced / pressed|
|Fresh cilantro/Fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or According To Taste)|
Whirl all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
This salsa keeps, refrigerated, for 3 or 4 days.
