Taco Pie

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Taco seasoning 2 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes, 1 1/4 Ounce Each)
  Bisquick 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce head 1⁄4 , shredded
  Head of lettuce 1⁄4 , shredded
  Tomato 1 , diced
  Sliced black olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Grease square baking dish.
Brown beef and onion; drain.
Add taco seasoning.
Spoon into baking dish.
Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
Will be lumpy.
Pour over beef - bake at 400°F 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese - bake 5 minutes till melted.
Cool, garnish with lettuce, tomato, olives and sour cream.
