Tomato Orange Salsa

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 3 , diced
  Scallions 4 , chopped
  Fresh green chili/1/4 teaspoon cayenne 1 , seeded and minced
  Freshly grated orange peel 2 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 , sectioned and seeded, each section cut in half
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Covered and refrigerated, this salsa will keep for 2 to 3 days.
