Tomato Orange Salsa

|Ripe tomatoes||3 , diced|
|Scallions||4 , chopped|
|Fresh green chili/1/4 teaspoon cayenne||1 , seeded and minced|
|Freshly grated orange peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1 , sectioned and seeded, each section cut in half|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground coriander||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Covered and refrigerated, this salsa will keep for 2 to 3 days.
