The Greatest Guacamole Ole
|Ripe avocados||4 , peeled and seeded|
|Fresh garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Lime||1 , freshly squeezed|
|Fresh cilantro||3 Ounce, chopped (1 Bunch, Coriander)|
|Scallions||5 , chopped|
|Peperoncini/Jalapeno peppers - 1 to 2 , minced||5 , chopped (Mild Italian Pickled Peppers)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (To Taste)|
|Tabasco||1⁄4 Teaspoon (To Taste)|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, chopped|
1) With the help of a fork, mash the avocados,lime juice and garlic together.
2) Mix in cilantro, scallions, peppers and seasonings into the above mixture.
3) Mix briskly until the mixture is of smooth consistency, then gently mix in the chopped tomatoes.
4) Serve with chips of your choice.
