The Greatest Guacamole Ole

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 4 , peeled and seeded
  Fresh garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Lime 1 , freshly squeezed
  Fresh cilantro 3 Ounce, chopped (1 Bunch, Coriander)
  Scallions 5 , chopped
  Peperoncini/Jalapeno peppers - 1 to 2 , minced 5 , chopped (Mild Italian Pickled Peppers)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Tabasco 1⁄4 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) With the help of a fork, mash the avocados,lime juice and garlic together.
2) Mix in cilantro, scallions, peppers and seasonings into the above mixture.
3) Mix briskly until the mixture is of smooth consistency, then gently mix in the chopped tomatoes.

SERVING
4) Serve with chips of your choice.
